I'm a software engineer by day in FAANG, hacking on LLM apps for fun at night. Been working on ML stuff since I started in 2019 as a machine learning engineer at Uber, where I worked on car crash detection algorithms on the safety team. 🚗 🤖 🤖

I've had so much fun building ChatShape , and I'm excited to share my first ever product hunt launch (the first of many) 🎉🎉🎉 🚀🚀🚀

ChatShape started out as a chrome extension that lets you train a custom chatGPT chatbot on any private wiki content, like Confluence, Notion, Quip, and more. It got a great reception, being used by people at companies like Stripe, Uber, and Amazon.

We then added features like the ability to create chatbots from your public website content, and our users loved it! Since then, I've focused on the website chatbot component of chatshape.com 👨🏼‍💻

How it works: Log in to the platform, enter your website URL, and click on a button to start training.

This will create a crawler that will extract the text content from all the pages it can find on your website and use it to train your custom chatbot.

After you generate your bot, That chatbot now knows everything about your website, and can be embedded as a customer support agent chat bubble to answer customer questions all day, all night!
