据美国消费者新闻与商业频道（CNBC）25 日报道，上述调查为期一年，调查对象是《财富》杂志 500 强榜单上一家软件企业的 5000 多名员工，他们主要在菲律宾从事客户支持工作。调查结果显示，负责技术支持的员工使用对话式人工智能工具后，平均工作效率提高 14%；“新手和低技能员工”的工作速度则能提升 35%。
