(Whiteboard: [snt-urlbar-result-menu])
The result menu is currently only enabled by default in nightly and early beta, but we're also doing a gradual rollout in Firefox 112. Going forward (Firefox 113 and later) we should enable it on all channels by default.

Bug 1827904 - Enable the result menu by default on all channels. r=adw
Beta/Release Uplift Approval Request
- User impact if declined: We want to ensure this is enabled by default in 113 without any dependency on the gradual 112 rollout
- Is this code covered by automated tests?: Yes
- Has the fix been verified in Nightly?: No
- Needs manual test from QE?: No
- If yes, steps to reproduce:
- List of other uplifts needed: None
- Risk to taking this patch: Low
- Why is the change risky/not risky? (and alternatives if risky): Basically just flipping prefs and removing a hack for the Nimbus rollout
- String changes made/needed:
- Is Android affected?: No

Approved for 113 beta 4, thanks.
Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]: New feature that we're gradually rolling out in 112, hence there was no release note. We've now enabled it for all users for good.
[Affects Firefox for Android]: no
[Suggested wording]: The Awesomebar result menu is now enabled for all users, allowing you to remove history results and dismiss sponsored Firefox Suggest results.

Added to the Fx113 relnotes and removed from the Fx114 Nightly relnotes.
