European consumer protection organizations called to investigate ChatGPT and others
- BEUC, an umbrella group for 46 consumer organizations from 32 countries, has written letters to the network of consumer safety authorities (CSN network) and to the network of consumer protection authorities (CPC network).
- The letters express BEUC’s worries about ChatGPT and other organizations.
