我最近按照 V 友的说法，自己在网上买了镜框，线下跑到了宝岛验光，然后又在 1688 买了蔡司智锐亚洲数码型镜片。
现在的问题是，这个智锐镜片似乎还需要瞳高，而宝岛验光是没有测量瞳高的。我后来问了下宝岛的验光师，结果需要到他们那里配镜才能测量瞳高。
我现在打算自己测量，不知道这样准不准。有没有自己测过的 V 友分享下经验，是需要戴着要配的镜框测量吗？
