诗人张枣在《镜中》中曾说：
只要想起一生中后悔的事，梅花便落满了南山。
我猜每个人都会有类似的感觉吧。
前几日整理旧物，发现一篇发黄的手写日记，写于2005年，这比我在互联网上写下的第一篇日志还要早上一年。
当时的题目是《心态的问题》，内容见下图。
当时的具体情景我现在记不得了，不过大概反映了我当年就开始反思自己的人生态度吧。
不知道有多少当下的年轻人们和以前的我一样，也感到各种焦虑，患得患失？
回首过去，发现我当年也焦虑过。这是再正常不过的事情了。我选择与自己释怀。
