日前有传闻称，台积电砍掉了大约40％的EVU光刻机订单，让人不免为ASML捏一把汗，但是从最新公布的财报看，ASML依然赚钱赚到手软。
2023年第一季度， ASML取得净收入67.46亿欧元(约合人民币509亿元)，环比增长4.9％，同比增长91％；净利润19.56亿欧元(约合人民币148亿元)，环比增长7.6％，同比增长183％。
以上数据均好于市场预期，官方称主要是因为光刻机安装速度加快、验收时间提前，EUV、DUV光刻机的销售额都超出预期。
当季净预订销售额为38亿欧元，其中16亿欧元(约合人民币120.7亿元)来自EUV外光刻机。
