香港立法会议员：香港拟从三个方向打造国际Web3枢纽，包括针对虚拟资产服务
4 月 12 日，香港特别行政区立法会议员邱达根在 Web3 香港嘉年华峰会上表示，《十四五规划纲要》中提及要将中国香港打造成「国际创新科技中心」，香港将从三个方向配合国家发展战略，打造国际 Web3 枢纽：
1. 联通数字人民币、发展数字港元、虚拟货币服务；
2. 提升科研转化、深入上游科技研发、分布式账本计划（DLT）的创新应用；
3. 推出「人才服务窗口」并多方面引入科技人才，通过适当的 Web3 发展策略和监管框架以汇聚全球人才。
