巴比特讯，据中国台湾地区媒体“中央社”报道，阿斯麦公司（ASML）在台湾地区砸重金投资，并针对2纳米晶圆光学量测设备研发制造，向台“经济部”申请A+企业研发补助案。报道指出，阿斯麦申请案将进入实质审查的第二阶段，台“经济部”表示，预估5月召开决审会议拍板通过。
