知名歌手林俊杰所购 Decentraland 虚拟地产浮亏 91%
据 IT 之家报道，元宇宙分析平台 WeMeta 的数据显示，2017 年元宇宙每平方米土地成交价中位数为 20 美元，2021 年这一数字升至 6000 美元。然而，目前全球最大的元宇宙地产销售平台 Decentraland 的成交价中位数已从 2022 年的 45 美元跌至 5 美元，下跌近 90%。另据中国证券报报道，去年 11 月，林俊杰花 12.3 万美元在 Decentraland 购买的 3 块虚拟地产，目前价值仅为约 1 万美元，浮亏 91%。
