Before launching Crew, I was a freelance recruiter, and helped many great startups building their teams. I've experienced firsthand the challenges of recruiting on LinkedIn. Some of the struggles include:

  🤦‍♂️ Manual tasks: Copy-pasting talent information (name, current job, etc.) from LinkedIn to the ATS

  🤦‍♂️ Messaging: Manually customizing message templates from Notion, before personalizing them (erase FirstName, paste talent’s name… rings a bell? 😅)

  🤦‍♂️ Reminders: Adding reminders to my calendar for follow-ups

  🤦‍♂️ Lack of transparency: LinkedIn messages are one-to-one, making it difficult to share talent replies with the team
