据央视新闻报道，日本总务大臣松本刚明当地时间4月4日表示，
日本电信电话公司（简称“NTT”） 3日发生的大规模通信故障可能属于“重大事故”。
总务省将要求公司方面出具详细的说明报告，并研究处罚措施。
据了解，该公司服务的东日本地区从当地时间3日上午7时10分左右开始出现通信障碍，报警以及消防等紧急电话也无法正常拨打。
NTT西日本公司大阪府及滋贺县等地区当天也出现了大面积的通信故障，光纤网络及通话服务无法使用。该公司表示恢复时间仍在确认中。
