According to a source on the MacRumors forum, Apple’s iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max will have new features and low-power microprocessors. These chips can ensure the use of specific features even while the phone is off. In addition, the tactile feedback button, often known as a solid-state button, offers assistance.  We currently have reason to assume that this info is reliable. This is because this source accurately disclosed info on Apple’s Dynamic Island” before the official launch of the iPhone 14 Pro series.

The anonymous source claim that Apple will replace the ultra-low power mode of the current SoC (AX) chip with a new microprocessor. This will enable the iPhone to be located via Find My, Bluetooth, UWB, and Apple Pay quick payment mode even if the phone has been turned off or the battery runs out. However, this feature will only work if the user tries to find the device within 24 hours. In addition to powering the solid-state buttons, it is said to take over all of these current operations.

Also, the insider claim that Apple is currently testing a few features. This includes the new Taptic Engine. According to the report, it is quite unlikely that this small feature would appear in the final piece. But for now, it is in testing.

It’s unclear which approach Apple will surely take, but “insiders” claim to have seen two versions of the unified volume button features in testing. One can quickly raise/lower the volume based on the amount of pressure you press, and the other can adjust the volume by swiping up and down with your finger. The volume button has been linked with 3D Touch, of course, and this function is realized through software.  Apple may directly provide two solutions for users to choose freely.
