Keep再冲刺港股上市：2022年营收22亿元 调整后净亏损6.7亿元
新浪科技讯 2月25日晚间消息，港交所文件显示，运动科技公司Keep再次向香港联交所递交招股书，高盛和中金公司为其此次IPO的联席保荐人。
2022年2月，Keep正式向港交所递交招股书。同年8月，Keep因递交招股书6个月内未通过聆讯，IPO申请状态转为“失效”。
此次招股书显示，2020年-2022年，Keep营收分别为：11亿元、16亿元和22亿元，经调整亏损净额（非国际财务报告准则计量）分别为1.064亿元、8.265亿元及6.669亿元。
在运营数据方面，2020-2022年，Keep平台平均月活跃用户分别为2970万，3440万，3640万，Keep平均月度订阅会员数分别为191万，328万，362万。
持股方面，IPO前，Keep创始人兼CEO王宁持股16.97%，联合创始人彭唯持股2.06%，临河创始人刘冬持股1.08%，联合创始人文春鹏持股1.06%，GGV纪源资本持股14.73%，软银持股9.48%，其他投资者持股54.62%。
