The company has already brought a similar feature to texts and media files. This new update will bring self destruction to audio messages. The name of the feature is self-explanatory. You can easily know what it is all about. Audio messages cannot be saved on the devices when the sender makes it a “listen ones” audio.

Usually, some users try to find a way around such features. Like forwarding the message, saving it on their device before it disappears or doing a screen recording. The company has already found a way to stop such practices even before they are put to use.

The upcoming feature for WhatsApp is currently under development. As usual, the company has not spoken anything about the exact date for the release of the feature. The good news is that, WhatsApp has already added it to beta for testing. Which means, we will soon be able to send Self-destruction audio messages to friends and group members.
