高德回应与口碑正式合并：提供更好的到目的地服务

站长之家(ChinaZ.com)3 月 23 日 消息:昨日，有消息称，高德地图和阿里本地生活旗下的到店业务口碑正式合并。未来，阿里旗下所有的本地生活到店业务将统一整合在高德地图的入口中。

据贝壳财经消息，对此，高德地图回应表示，新团队的加入，有助于我们为用户和生态合作伙伴提供更好的到目的地服务。

口碑

据悉，口碑是阿里巴巴集团与蚂蚁金服集团整合双方资源，联手打造的一家互联网本地生活服务平台，于 2015 年 6 月 23 日正式成立。 2017 年 9 月 12 日，口碑上线了独立APP。
