蔡司已收购AR/VR公司 Tooz 全部股份

近日，蔡司收购了合资企业 tooz 科技的其余股份，蔡司已获得 tooz 的全部所有权。
据悉，tooz 由德国卡尔蔡司（ZEISS）集团和德国电信 Deutsche Telekom AG 于 2018 年 2 月合资创办，旨在开发小巧轻便的 AR 眼镜。2020 年，tooz 推出了旗下第一款面向开发者的智能眼镜；2022 年 5 月，tooz 发布了针对消费者市场带有 AR 功能的处方眼镜 ESSNZ Berlin。
现在，蔡司收购了德国电信所持有的 tooz 的全部股份，以应对 AR/VR 眼镜领域不断增长的巨大市场潜力。
蔡司表示，作为蔡司集团的 AR/VR 支持中心，tooz 将进一步完全独立地推动 AR 产品光学器件的开发和集成。未来，tooz 还将为其他 AR/VR 光学器件制造商的光学系统配备处方镜头，将具有集成处方的产品投放全球市场。
