I guess you are seeing these options right after the reboot?
They appear to be OpenCore's menu options but something is wrong with your OpenCore configuration. Normally there will be 'macOS' and 'Recovery' entries.
My suggestion is:

My suggestion is:
- Clear NVRAM, which will revert some modifications OpenCore did.
- The firmware will boot the default Macintosh HD partition, if you still have the old macOS on that. If not:
- Boot through a USB thumb drive or macOS Recovery over the Internet.
- Try to recover/backup your data.
- Reinstall one of the officially supported macOS system.
do u know where i can get macos to put into a usb drive to boot off of? I dont have another mac to download macos catalina from..I guess you are seeing these options right after the reboot?

I guess your macOS Recovery partition is damaged so it's not possible to get into Recovery Mode.
Have you reset the NVRAM yet? If not, your machine will still boot to OpenCore. In that case, your Option-Shift-Command-R key combination could be sent to OpenCore.
To enter internet recovery mode, make sure you press Option-Shift-Command-R early enough (immediately when you hear the startup chime or see the Apple logo light) so the signal can be sent to the firmware, not OpenCore.
If the problem persists, there could be something else wrong. I would suggest that you check if pressing the Option key takes you to the boot device selection menu. Only if the Option key works can we proceed to the USB installation way.
I assume you have a PC? You may try gibMacOS (open source software) though I am not sure if it works in this situation.
