steering wheel button not working once headlight switched on

I have the head unit installed for a while, but I haven't got chance drive at night until recent. I realized the mapped steering wheel buttons doesn't work any more once the headlight switched on.
when I checked out the mapping config app. those numbers on top didn't change a lot. but once the headlight switched on, those numbers are just keep changing.
anyone experienced similar issues?
