俄罗斯正加快使用本土技术取代西方产品，其中就包括计算机。
据3DNews报道，俄罗斯一家高新企业已经开始测试本国Delta Computers公司出品的Beaver电脑，一款小型主机。
处理器选用的是俄罗斯自研贝加尔湖Baikal-M1 (BE-M1000)，最高64GB DDR4内存 ，最大16TB机械硬盘和SSD，提供PCIe 3.0 x8扩展插槽和USB Type-A 2.0/3.0、PS/2接口、双网口、HDMI输出等，运行Astra Linux特别版操作系统。
Baikal-M1采用28nm工艺制造，基于8核ARM Cortex-A57 CPU架构，8MB三级缓存，运行频率1.5GHz，集成Mali-T628 GPU，支持双屏输出。
