如今的年轻人，越来越不愿意受到某些公司的苛刻束缚，更愿意闯出一片自己的天空。
近日，26岁的深圳女设计师“洛洛”就在网上分享了她的转行经历。
“洛洛”出生于1996年，毕业于某国内排名前二十的985大学，2018年毕业后曾在深圳多家大公司担任过视觉设计师，但工作非常压抑，就选择了裸辞，在一家宠物店从零开始学习当宠物美容师。
她表示，裸辞的原因主要是心累： “我在公司做的是执行类岗位，晋升几乎不太可能。这么多年来的感受就是——太累了。那种累不是说你身体上的累，而是不停的精神内耗。做不完的需求，加不完的班，同事间也比较冷淡……”
