据上证报 2 月 27 日报道，近日在上海临港召开的 2023 全球人工智能开发者先锋大会（GAIDC）上，百度飞桨总架构师于佃海致辞时表示：“AI 预训练大模型，是深度学习崛起以来最重要的一次技术变革，极大降低了 AI 开发和落地的门槛。叠加情景学习、指令微调等机制，使大模型实现超出想象的能力涌现以及价值观对齐，让我们看到了通用人工智能实现的曙光。”
