自建 NAS 家庭影院的问题。Emby 跟 Plex 都安装了，但是电视剧好多还刮不到

自己试了下用 tmm 刮屑，电影之类的确实刮的到，但是电视剧还是刮不到。不管是 plex 还是 emby 都有些文件的格式不识别。
问题 1：我该如何更好的刮屑，以及有些视频文件不识别
问题 2：是不是看他们购买 emby 的付费版就体验会好很多，顺便还能解决刮屑的问题
问题 3：大家的解决方案可以列举下吗。
