Realme’s new dynamic island-like feature exposed in accidental leak
Chinese phone maker Realme has inadvertently released an image of its new UI feature dubbed the “mini capsule” that will launch with its upcoming C series of smartphones. It previously consulted users outside China about the feature which the smartphone industry first encountered as a “dynamic island” with the iPhone 14 Pro series. On Wednesday, a screenshot of the new element tweeted by Realme vice president Madhav Sheth was spotted by fans before being deleted. Realme had earlier said that the phone’s pill-shaped mini display covering its front camera would be able to morph to display call information, phone notifications, battery capacity, and more.
