昨晚被分手，尝试挽回失败后，理智上已经接受了分手的结果。
一整晚情绪都很低落，迷迷糊糊到快天亮才睡着，并且出现了严重的戒断反应，主要表现就是感觉心里少了一块东西，不自主地去回想过往种种，感到空虚、孤独、失落等，甚至出现了人生的无意义感。
今天白天工作的时候，情况稍微好了一点，但仍会不自觉地陷入到分手后的情绪中，很难过。
