三星电子将为美国安霸生产自动驾驶芯片

三星电子公司周二表示，将为美国芯片设计公司安霸（Ambarella）生产先进的汽车芯片。三星电子将利用其5纳米（nm）工艺技术，为安霸生产其汽车AI中心域控制器CV3-AD685。三星电子表示，安霸的CV3-AD685系统级芯片（SoC）被用于作为自动驾驶汽车大脑的高级驾驶辅助系统（Advanced Driver Assistance Systems）。
