The recently concluded 2-day Intelligent Enterprise Journey Workshop powered by SAP Signavio Process Insight for IBM was a huge success. The online workshop, which took place on February 02 and 03 and lasted 2 hours each day, was attended by 25 IBM employees. The workshop aimed to support partners who are positioning and delivering RISE with SAP by providing them with the necessary tools to leverage SAP Signavio Process Insights.

SAP Signavio Process Insights is a process analytics solution that helps businesses quickly identify areas for improvement and automation within their SAP business processes. The workshop provided attendees with a mix of presentations and hands-on exercises using MURAL, allowing them to learn how to run workshops and work out an innovation roadmap with a customer.

The session started with Mordechai Moshin welcoming everyone and introducing the 2 day’s agenda.

And Volker Anders from the SAP Signavio Center of Excellence followed, giving an Up-To-Date overview of SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite.

Mordechai Moshin continued by providing deep dive into SAP Signavio Process Insights and a demo right after that; Mordechai Moshin provided the Case Study introduction and the hands-on exercise guidelines for completing the Mural and preparing for the group presentation.

The workshop’s learning objectives were to support partners in positioning and delivering RISE with SAP and to enable them to use SAP Signavio Process Insights as a solution to improve their business processes. This workshop aimed at business architects, innovation managers, and presales consultants looking to drive end-to-end process discussions, digitize and automate processes, and position the entire solution.

SAP Signavio is a key component of the Intelligent Enterprise Strategy. The workshop provided a valuable opportunity for attendees to learn about its capabilities and how it can help their customers transform their businesses.
