When you decide it's time to pass them on, prepare your cuddly toys for their new adventure and donate them along with a little bio about them (if you wish).
Time for a spa break
Your cuddly toys will check in here at HQ and get prepared for their visit to our spa where they receive a refresh and any repairs they might need.
Whilst they're having fun, we do the other stuff needed to make sure your children can play safely with their new friends. See FAQ 'are Loved Befores suitable for children?' for more details.
Time for a new adventure
Once it's their time to shine, your cuddly toys will have their own special photoshoot and be put up on our store where people can adopt them from all over the world.

Your cuddly toy gets a fresh start and the chance at a new adventure, which can often be seen on our 'Loved Again' section which shows what they're up to in their new homes!
