2月16日消息，西部数据推出了22TB与44TB My Book桌面硬盘，其中具有44TB存储空间的My Book Duo是该公司有史以来容量最大的消费级桌面外置硬盘。
据了解，My Book适合于备份照片和视频及文件，以及其他便携式存储设备。
而My Book Duo是一款更先进的硬盘，可用于全面的系统备份，经过了RAID优化。 以更高的速度运行，可以选择将其设置为RAID-1，或两个独立的驱动器。
此外，新款硬盘配有备份软件，可以协助保持用户以前的文件安全，还具有256 位AES硬件加密和密码保护功能。这两块硬盘在Windows和Mac上都可以使用。
