Thank you very much for your feedback. I owe the design to my co-author and friend Andrej Kollarik.
There is no 100% technical solution for prevention. But that's not the goal either. This app is designed for a community of people where there is trust. The app itself will prevent re-voting from the same browser, but different browser, different device will not. In the "How it works" section, we mention that if the poll author wants to prevent this, he should request (default in settings) the voter's name.
