iPhone14 高频率出现 App 短暂卡死

购买途径：pdd 百亿补贴原价买的（因为 pdd 有现货 比官网早拿到 3 周，刚发布也不存在翻新）
系统版本：16.3
机型：iPhone14promax
出现频率：大概每天一两次
App 上滑退到后台，然后使用其他 App 或者锁屏，过段时间热启动后台的 App 出现卡死（不能 push 页面，不能切 tabbar ，但是 App 轮播图等还在动，也可以切到后台），大概持续 7 ～ 8 秒的时间后会恢复。
几乎每个 App 都出现过，微信经常复现。
这个问题困扰了我很久，从拿到手机就一直存在，也升级了系统版本还存在。去维修也不能必现比较尴尬。
只有我自己这样吗？
