据 The Block 报道，美国纽约南区检察官办公室周五宣布，加密交易平台 EminiFX 首席执行官 Eddy Alexandre 承认一项商品欺诈罪，同意没收 2.488 亿美元并支付赔偿款。
美国检察官 Damian Williams 表示，Alexandre 被指控向数万名投资者募集投资，并虚假承诺每周至少 5% 的回报率。据称 Alexandre 已将至少 1470 万美元转入个人银行账户，并使用投资者资金购买宝马，其罪行最高可判处 10 年监禁。
