日前中芯国际发布了2022年Q4及全年财报，全年销售收入为72.733亿美元(约合人民币492.9亿元)，相比2021年的54.431亿美元增长33.6％，公司拥有人应占利润18.179亿美元(约合人民币123.2亿元)，相较于2021年的17.018亿美元增长6.8％。
除了目前的晶圆厂，中芯国际还在大力建设四座晶圆厂，包括中芯深圳、中芯京城、中芯临港及中芯西青，有些已经开始试产，有些还在土建。
中芯国际研发及制造芯片的过程中，人才是个关键环节，在这次财报会议上中芯国际也回应了有关公司人才储备的情况。
中芯国际表示，目前工程师1万人以上，研发人员超过2万人，这几年公司有充足的人才储备。
