从2022年开始的美国科技行业“裁员潮”至今仍未见止步迹象，包括戴尔等企业近期都纷纷宣布了裁员计划。
曾经火爆一时的视频会议软件开发商Zoom日前宣布， 计划裁员1300名员工，占全球员工总数的15%。
Zoom CEO袁征在官网发布公开信称，Zoom中国区的岗位以技术、产品开发人员为主，此次在全球裁员中大部分受到波及。
据界面新闻消息，多名在职、当天离职的员工证实，其杭州、苏州、合肥子公司都已启动裁员，上海暂时未知。关于Zoom中国区的裁员政策，经不同城市子公司的多名员工确认，
赔偿方案为“N+4”，员工持有的限制性股票期权到今年8月9日解禁。
