求助关于老婆生孩子后打无痛，每年都会闪腰的问题

老婆子自打生完孩子后，这四五年几乎每年都会闪腰一两次，每次闪腰都会持续一星期左右，腰部完全用不上力气，还有些疼，看的挺心疼的。 去过几次医院检查 只是说的腰肌劳损，每次都是在医院做几天按摩，按后能舒服一点点。
不知道跟 打无痛针有没有关系， 有没有什么办法能彻底好？
