知情人士：印度希望在 2023 年底前在全国范围内推出 CBDC
据 CoinDesk 报道，知情人士称，印度希望在 2023 年底之前在全国范围内推出 CBDC。去年，印度已经启动两个 CBDC 试点项目，一个是去年 11 月 1 日开始的 CBDC-W，有 9 家银行参与，另一个是去年 12 月 1 日开始的 CBDC-R，在 4 个城市试点，4 家银行参与。据悉，CBDC-W 仅限于金融机构，旨在提高银行间支付效率，CBDC-R 适用于私营部门和印度公民。虽然政府告诉议会，印度将在 2022-23 财政年度内发布 CBDC-R，但尚不知何时实施。
