IT之家 2 月 6 日消息，英特尔的第 14 代处理器 Meteor Lake 系列预计将于今年下半年推出，至少包括移动平台 CPU（桌面平台可能仅 Raptor Lake Refresh），将率先采用小芯片技术和混合架构设计，而用于低功耗平台的 Lunar Lake 将在 2024 年推出。
根据英特尔之前分享的材料，新一代 Meteor Lake 将采用 Intel 4 工艺和外部工艺，并且首次引入“Tile”设计，集成 CPU、SOC、核显和 IOE 芯片。
根据 @OneRaichu 分享的信息，英特尔 Meteor Lake CPU 大小核分别采用了Redwood Cove 和 Crestmont 架构，再加上新一代基于 EUV 的 Intel 7（原 10nm）以及台积电 5nm（核显）加持，其性能和效率有望大幅提高，至少性能功耗比的目标要达到 13 代 Raptor Lake 的 1.5 倍水平。
此外，由于新的 tGPU 或 Tiled-GPU 架构将包含新的 Xe GPU 内核，他认为 14 代处理器的核显（2.0GHz 以上 128EU）可能会达到原先（96EU）2 倍的性能水准，还将增强对 DirectX 12 Ultimate 和 XeSS 的支持。
IT之家认为，英特尔 14 代 Meteor Lake CPU 将采用全新的 P 核和 E 核架构，而且 CPU 本身还将融合其他几个 IP 部分组成整个芯片。如果按照他的说法单纯去看 P 核和 E 核的数据，新一代 Meteor Lake 可能在效能方面迎来长足进步，笔记本电脑续航有望大大提升。
