SBF 旗下公司 Emergent Fidelity Technologies 申请第 11 章破产保护
据 CoinDesk 2 月 4 日报道，由 FTX 创始人 Sam Bankman-Fried（SBF）和前高管 Gary Wang 共同创立的 Emergent Fidelity Technologies 于周五晚间申请第 11 章破产保护。Emergent Fidelity 持有 5600 万股 Robinhood Markets (HOOD) 股票。按周五的收盘价计算，这 5600 万股 Robinhood 股票价值超过 6 亿美元。此外，彭博社报道，Emergent Fidelity 拥有的唯一其他资产是 2070 万美元现金。
据悉，Bankman-Fried 拥有 Emergent Fidelity 90% 的股份，Gary Wang 拥有剩余的 10%。去年 11 月，加密货币借贷公司 BlockFi 已起诉 FTX 创始人 SBF 旗下公司 Emergent Fidelity Technologies，要求其交出作为抵押品进行借款的 Robinhood（HOOD）股票。
