“限制会员480P投屏”“限制HDMI”“限制会员权益转赠”，最近爱奇艺相关话题多次登上网络热搜，引起大家持续关注。
日前，有用户反馈称，自己是爱奇艺V6年费会员， 但因3个设备同时登陆账号导致帐号被封，想解封就要充值更贵的会员。
据报道，爱奇艺相关工作人员对此表示，为保护用户账号安全及会员权益，会对超出服务协议登录设备上限或者有异常登录及播放情况的账号，进行暂时封停。
用户可通过自助修改密码来解除封停，不存在需充值更贵会员才能解封的情况。
这次， 由于技术原因造成部分用户点击解封页面时跳转到了错误的页面， 非常抱歉给用户带来的误会和不佳的产品体验，目前技术故障已经修复。
