和解后 微念退出李子柒公司股东

2月1日消息，据天眼查App显示，近日，四川子柒文化传播有限公司发生工商变更，杭州微念品牌管理有限公司退出股东行列，新增股东蒲倩云，持股比例1%。目前，该公司由李佳佳（李子柒）、蒲倩云分别持股99%、1%。

不久前，微念创始人刘同明退出四川子柒文化传播有限公司监事，同时杭州微念品牌管理有限公司持股比例由51%降至1%，李子柒持股比例由49%增至99%。随后，微念发布与李子柒的和解公告。另据知情人士称，李子柒短期内不考虑复出，但未来将与微念继续保持合作关系。
