印度政府引入新加密税收处罚，未在加密交易中支付 TDS 税或面临监禁
据 Bitcoin.com 报道，虽然印度财政部长 Nirmala Sitharaman 在其今年的预算演讲中没有提到加密货币，但 2023 年财政法案包括对适用于加密货币来源税（TDS）的所得税法的修正案。
加密税收公司 Koinx 在推特上解释称，未能扣除或支付加密来源税的罚款包括联合专员将征收的与未支付的来源税相等的金额，而对于逾期付款将征收每年 15% 的利息。另据当地媒体报道，未能在加密交易中支付来源税的人可能会被判处长达 7 年的监禁。
