我国将在南极建设海外卫星地面站：位于南极中山站

据中国航天报公众号消息，近日，
中国航天科工集团有限公司航天建设所属航天设计中标海洋观测卫星地面系统海外卫星地面站建设工程项目，中标金额4395万元。
该项目由国家卫星海洋应用中心在南极中山站承建，是航天建设与国家卫星海洋应用中心的又一次深入合作，是航天设计深入探索海洋卫星领域的又一里程碑。
据悉，中山站不仅是我国南极考察的支持站点，也是我国开展南极内陆考察的大本营。
由于该项目实施难度较大，项目组成员曾随国家第35次南极考察团赴南极中山站，完成了为期47天的实地考察工作。
