AirTag是苹果公司于2021年4月21日凌晨在2021苹果春季新品发布会上推出的一款蓝牙跟踪设备。 其直径为31.9毫米，厚度为8.0毫米，重量为11克。
它因为体积小，很容易戴到狗狗的项圈上。但与此同时，
AirTag小到可以吞咽，网上曝光了多起狗狗吞食AirTag的事件。
据MacRumors报道，狗主人Colin Mortimer就经历了这样一起遭遇。 他发现狗狗项圈上的AirTag不见了，就用Find My应用程序追踪并播放声音，没想到AirTag从狗狗肚子里发出了声响。
无独有偶，另外一只狗狗因吞食AirTag被主人送往急诊室，万幸安全脱离危险。
苹果方面表示，不建议用户将AirTag用于追踪儿童或者宠物，因为AirTag设计初衷是为了追踪物品而不是生物。另外，AirTag内部有一块CR2032电池，如果被咀嚼，可能会损坏宠物的胃导致其中毒。
