Allow us to introduce ourselves: we’re hai, the revolutionary showerhead fueled by smart tech.

We made it our mission to create a shower that feels less like a piece of plumbing and more like an innovative wellness experience – with sustainability and smart technology at its core.

Why did we do this? Because we saw a very clear gap in the innovation, environmental and health implications when it came to showers - problems that we knew technology could solve.

While many home appliances have undergone major upgrades over the last decade, the shower industry has remained stagnant with a one-size-fits-all approach, stuck on how to innovate because showers couldn’t produce their own electricity. Further, the shower is the largest source of water waste in the home (people use an average of 20 gallons per shower). We also know that a good shower is an important daily mental and physical reset for so many – and that there was an opportunity to improve the experience on all fronts.

The result? Our water-powered Bluetooth-enabled shower: the only appliance in your home that generates its own electricity, and offsets any carbon usage through a hydro-powered micro-turbine.

Today, after years of development, we are excited to introduce the Product Hunt community to our next innovation: infusions smart shower. A new form of hydrotherapy you can practice right at home, the infusions smart shower brings together our award-winning hai smart showerhead and new hai fuse attachment for a shower experience designed for better mental and physical health.

hai is here to give people the tools to change their water and energy consumption habits through data while still delivering a premium shower experience that improves your health and wellbeing. We are proud to say that on average, hai customers use around 30% less water by taking accountability of their shower routine and tracking their habits in the hai app. In 2022, our community saved over 500,000 gallons of water.
