Followup Fish is an email service that reminds you to follow up on emails by bubbling them back to the top of your inbox.
It works anywhere and requires no privacy-invasive browser extension or full access to your emails.
Hey all!
I recently made followup.fish as a way to remind myself what emails to follow up on. It's obviously helpful for sales outreach, but also for personal usage.
For example, whenever I reach out to support somewhere for a refund/question/whatever, I add [email protected] as a BCC on the email so I'm reminded to follow up a week later.
This way I don't need to set a reminder, or keep the email around in my inbox, etc. Followup Fish will automatically bubble up the email back to the top of my inbox.
Some email clients have similar functionality, but I find them hard to use. When I'm writing an email, I just want to be able to quickly write [email protected] or whatever, rather than having to hunt down for the right buttons, etc. Plus, I want it to work the same on all my devices and email clients.

The idea of using a BCC email to remind yourself to follow up is clever, it makes it easy to use across different email clients and devices.
Can you add a "repeat" option? Something like [email protected] so the tool will keep sending reminders unless I respond with "STOP".
That's a smart and original usage of emails ahah
Do you plan to provide a calendar showing all upcoming reminders?
