美国 SEC 再次拒绝 ARK 和 21 Shares 联合发行比特币现货 ETF 的申请
据 CoinDesk 1 月 27 日报道，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）第二次拒绝了方舟投资管理公司（Ark Investment Management）和 21 Shares 联合发行比特币现货 ETF 的申请。美 SEC 表示，这只 ETF 计划上市的 Cboe BZX Exchange 未能证明其提案符合”防止欺诈和其他恶意行为的要求”。
去年 4 月，Cathie Wood 旗下的方舟投资管理公司和瑞士投资产品提供商 21 Shares 曾试图在美国上市一只比特币现货 ETF，但遭到拒绝。随后两家公司于 5 月份重新提交了一份申请。
