去年，微软发布了Windows Dev Kit 2023（Windows开发套件2023），搭载骁龙8cx Gen 3处理器，用于帮助开发者能够基于硬件，更好的开发原生Arm应用。
近日，有用户测试了这款开发套件的实际表现，却发现与预期存在一定差异。
在测试中，
包括Adobe Creative Suite这样，已经在Windows平台对于ARM架构芯片做出适配的专业软件，也会在加载中出现报错。
虽然经过测试，该问题可以通过安装VC Runtime的方式解决，但微软官方并未告知用户这一问题出现的原因，而是需要开发者自行检查。
