2023年1月10日，人民网发文评电视收费乱象，称智能电视厂商与内容版权方联手催生了一充再充的“套娃式充会员”和多终端不兼容的霸王条款，吃相难看，动摇了内容付费模式的根基，甚至会毁掉付费观看这个蛋糕。
对于这些内容供应商而言，显然不会这么规矩，之前闹出投屏不额外付费就只能就看480p的事件后，现在爱奇艺再次出事。
有网友发现，HDMI连接功能也被爱奇艺给禁止了，理由依然是版权。
