年前公司全体员工喜提强制休假 5 天是什么操作？

上周公布的春节假期安排：
"01.16 - 01.27 放假调休，共 12 天。1 月 28 日（星期六）、1 月 29 日（星期日）上班。"
"01.16 - 01.20 为公司统一安排放假调休，优先使用 2022 年年假及调休假，若剩余假期天数不足则从 2023 年年假中预抵扣，若双年假期累计不足 5 天，则不足的部分为无薪假期"
有类似操作的公司吗？公司强行休假的目的是什么呢? 想不明白。
