涉 1000 亿韩元欺诈案的 Bithumb 前董事长李正勋一审被判无罪
据韩媒韩国经济 1 月 3 日报道，韩国首尔中央地方法院刑事法庭在涉嫌 1000 亿韩元欺诈诉讼案一审中，对被告 Bithumb 前董事长李正勋宣告无罪。此前，韩国检方曾要求法院判处李正勋 8 年监禁。
据悉，2018 年 10 月份李正勋和 BK 集团会长金炳健在协商出售 Bithumb 股份的过程中，金炳健在听信李正勋会将在 Bithumb 上线 BXA（Bithumb 代币）后，用 BXA 预售的部分收益购买了 Bithumb 的股份，但 BXA 并未在 Bithumb 上市，BK 集团收购 Bithumb 一事也不告而终。
